ECOMCARE 1. Enterprise-only service
EC Mail is an ECOMCARE enterprise tool for limited corporate use. It may be used only by ECOMCARE staff and outsourced specialists who are explicitly authorized by ECOMCARE. It is not offered for personal, consumer, resale, or public use.
2. Authorization and accounts
You must use only an account assigned or approved for you, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify ECOMCARE of suspected unauthorized access. ECOMCARE may grant, change, suspend, or revoke access when needed for security, operations, contractual obligations, or policy enforcement.
3. Permitted use
Use EC Mail only for legitimate ECOMCARE business communications and related operational work. You must follow applicable law, ECOMCARE policies, confidentiality obligations, and the rights of others.
4. Prohibited use
You may not use EC Mail to:
- send spam, deceptive, unlawful, harassing, or harmful content;
- access mailboxes, accounts, data, or systems without authorization;
- introduce malware, disrupt the service, probe security controls, or bypass access restrictions;
- use connected Gmail data for advertising, profiling, sale, or any purpose outside the requested mail service; or
- share credentials or permit an unauthorized person to use your account.
5. Gmail connections
If you connect a Gmail account, you authorize EC Mail to use the Google permissions presented during consent solely to provide the selected mail features. You are responsible for connecting only an account you are authorized to use for ECOMCARE business. You may disconnect the Gmail connection through EC Mail; disconnecting stops future synchronization but does not automatically delete mail already stored in EC Mail.
6. Company monitoring and records
Communications and activity in EC Mail may be logged, retained, reviewed, or disclosed by authorized ECOMCARE personnel for operations, security, support, investigations, legal compliance, and recordkeeping. Do not expect personal privacy when using this enterprise service, except as required by applicable law and described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
EC Mail depends on internal systems and third-party services, including Google where a Gmail connection is used. Features may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. ECOMCARE may maintain, modify, suspend, or limit the service as operationally necessary.

Questions about these Terms should be directed to support@ecom.care. ECOMCARE may update these Terms; continued authorized use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
